To register Seychelles Company, as is required by the Seychelles government law, there are some procedures to follow. They include:

Company name: All registered Seychelles offshore companies must have names that end with the words limited, incorporated, corporation etc or their short forms. All the suffixes must be translated in either English or French in case they are from other languages. The names must also have no confusion or similarity with other companies or connected to the state or government in any way. Directors: for an establishment of an offshore company under Seychelles laws, at least one person or entity is required to serve in that capacity. The individual(s) can come from any country. The positions of the shareholder or director can be held by a single individual or entity according to Seychelles laws.

Share capital: no particular share capital amount is required as the normal minimum share value of US$ 100,000 stands. The shares can be issued at par value or they may not be issued at par value. Furthermore, registered, bearer, redeemable shares as well as preference shares are allowed.

Meetings: companies registered in Seychelles do not have to hold annual general meetings as well as directors or shareholders’ meetings. However if there are situations where decision making is required, it can be done through proxy voting.
