All you need to do is start a blog on a subject that you like and make a couple of posts a day. If you have a talent for writing your blog will start to get a lot of hits and you can post ads up that bring in revenue.

2. Gardening service – the is very easy to get going and you can just use the tool you have at home. The best way to get clients is to print up some flyers then knock on peoples doors and tell them what you do. This will make them more likely to use you because they will see that you're trustworthy.

3. Bouncy castle – this idea is as old as time but it works like a charm. You basically invest in a bouncy castle and then provide it free to local fairs and children parties. You make your money from each child paying a small fee to spend time on the castle. Very soon you can have lots of castles going out every weekend and be making a really nice income.

4. Music promotion – If you have a love for music why not start putting on gigs in your local area. The secret is to book and pay for a main band who will pull in lots of fans then get three other bands to play for free. You can charge a good price on the door which will pay for the main band and you keep all the profits. Just promote the gigs on Facebook and MySpace and you have just started a promotions company!

To register an offshore company in Seychelles, you might just have to go through the following steps or requirements:

First, you have to order the company you have identified. This can be done online though downloadable order forms available on the internet. You are required to fill this simple to understand form and send it via fax or courier. You can as well fill the form online and submit it to the Seychelles IBC. It takes between one and five days for the form to be prepared and finalized.  You are also required to order a Seychelles CSL application forms and study them if you can provide the information required in them.

Second, the company will review the received forms and offer you feedbacks through your contacts. The feedback may contain additional clarification requirements from the client. After all the clarifications have been reached, a proforma invoice is issued.

Third, it is better to note that Seychelles offshore company will want to personally identify and know the client and the beneficial owners of the company. This is aimed at getting the diligence levels of the clients. So when you give your personal details, for example passport or address, make sure they are valid. You should not fear giving your information since every detail you give will be kept private.

Fourth, new clients must pay before they get their offshore companies incorporated. However, for well known clients, enjoyment of open account payment terms are possible. All the payments can be channeled through credit card or wire transfer.

Fifth, once all the personal details, due diligence information receipts and payment receipts are verified, a memorandum and articles of association or any other compulsory documents are issued. Seventh, the certified documents are accepted in Seychelles only. In order to make the documents acceptable elsewhere, especially member countries, they should be certified by apostille.
