To register an offshore company in Seychelles, you might just have to go through the following steps or requirements:

First, you have to order the company you have identified. This can be done online though downloadable order forms available on the internet. You are required to fill this simple to understand form and send it via fax or courier. You can as well fill the form online and submit it to the Seychelles IBC. It takes between one and five days for the form to be prepared and finalized.  You are also required to order a Seychelles CSL application forms and study them if you can provide the information required in them.
